New Optical Frames: Must be provided at no cost to the patient. New Sunglasses: Must be used for eye health-related outreach and provided at no cost to the patient. New Readers (Unisex Plastic Frames): Must be used for disaster response or eye health-related outreach and provided at no cost to the patient.
