Eyefinity Launches No-Cost Role-Based Training Courses to Help Support Practice Efficiency

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – Eyefinity^®, a VSP Vision™ company and leader in cloud-based practice management and EHR software, has launched complimentary Role-Based Training courses for new staff at practices using Eyefinity Practice Management and Eyefinity EHR solutions. 

“We created these courses in response to customer feedback and help practices train and quickly familiarize new staff with workflows in our software,” said Eyefinity Senior Director of Implementation Services, Eric Nimtz. “This exclusive resource for Eyefinity clients provides a strong foundation for new staff onboarding and supports the long-term success of the practices we serve.”

·    Optician: Eyefinity Practice Management
·    Technician: Eyefinity EHR (Tablet)
·    Technician: Eyefinity EHR (Browser)

These no-cost Eyefinity Role-Based Training courses are designed to help each person learn independently and at their own pace through the Eyefinity Learning Center with training videos, practice scenarios, and knowledge checks. Once the course is completed, staff can continue learning with one-on-one training, onsite training, education conferences, webinars, and on-demand videos.
