RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – VSP Ventures and Optometric Management Group (OMG) have acquired Middletown Eye Care in Middletown, Ohio and Settlers Walk Eye Care in Springboro, Ohio, both led by Dr. Nathan Bjork and Dr. Katherine Fisher. The practices have served the Southwestern Ohio area for over 50 years and have grown to include associate doctors Sara Wagner, OD and Sloan Rudolf, OD and 23 office staff committed to personalized patient care using advanced technology.

The two locations come under a joint venture between VSP Ventures and OMG, which was established in 2021 to support private practices in Ohio. The partnership now includes 15 locations across the state.
