VSP Vision Named a 2022 Best Company for Multicultural Women by Seramount
RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – VSP Vision™ has been named a 2022 Best Company for Multicultural Women by Seramount, one of the largest and most comprehensive providers of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) services.
Recognition from Seramount applauds U.S. companies that create and use best practices in hiring, retaining and promoting multicultural women.

Since 2003, Seramount has been tracking U.S. corporations’ progress in creating work-place cultures that encourage multicultural women to join their companies and serve in leadership roles.
This year’s survey continued to assess progress for women by specific racial/ethnic group, as well as factors influencing that progress, including mental-health and anti-racism progress, and mentoring and sponsorship participation.
