RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – VSP Vision™ is proud to announce its inclusion on the 2025 Training APEX Award list for the second consecutive year. This recognition commends VSP Vision’s commitment to delivering best-in-class employee training and development. The company climbed nine spots up the list to 44 from last year’s ranking of 53.
APEX Award recipients are ranked using various benchmarking statistics and a spectrum of qualitative and quantitative factors, such as the breadth of training programs offered, how the training connects to business outcomes and the effectiveness of the training programs in meeting or exceeding business goals.
“As VSP Vision celebrates 70 years of helping people see, this recognition reinforces our pledge to empower each employee on their professional development journey as well,” said VSP Vision Chief Human Resources Officer Kristi Cappelletti-Matthews. “We’re proud that our robust program offerings allow our workforce to align their personal and professional growth with the success of our organization.”
VSP Vision has now earned the Training APEX Award for a second-consecutive year since the application’s revamp in 2023. Previously known as Training Magazine Top 125, VSP Vision was recognized on that list for 20 consecutive years.
