RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – Today, VSP® Ventures, a VSP Vision™ company and practice transition partner for doctors searching for alternative practice models, announced it has acquired 13 new practices in the first half of 2024. This expansion includes the company’s first location in Florida, bringing the total number of VSP Ventures locations to 93 practices across California, Florida, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas. “Doctors who partner with VSP Ventures to transition their practices often share they appreciate our care-focused approach to eye care, as well as how efficiently we take on the administrative burdens of running the practice,” said VSP Ventures President Kathleen Steele. “We feel great about that reputation. At Ventures, our goal is to work with doctors who are seeking an active partner in practice operations, allowing them to focus exclusively on patient care.
